I love this winder, for the money, it’s the best winder out there. Solid build and well packaged. My only complaint is that it only has one TPD setting (650). I have 2 watches in the rotating mount and the one needing 650 TPD keeps time. Unfortunately my 7750 calibre Ball watch needs 800 TPD and will not keep time, even after being fully wound. If your watches only need 650 TPD I highly recommend this Chiyoda winder, but if you have other watches that require a different amount of TPD, look to other models with more programming options. Having said that, it is still a great winder for the money.Beautiful looking case, and the motor is nice and quiet. But the oval shaped pads one puts their watches on before inserting them into the place for them on the rotating part are rigid. As such they only work if the watchband is of a certain circumference. Why don't they have pads that have some give (more cushion like)? Fortunately for me, I kept the presentation boxes my watches came in, and the oval pads in those are nice and pillow-like so I just used them in place of the ones that come with this product. Perhaps you can do the same. But if you can't, I don't advise you buy this or any similar products made by this company. For a sub $100 watch winder, there really weren’t that many options that looked like a Wolfe winder at 1/4th the price. The other positive reviews really had me hyped to love the product, but I didn’t take too much account of the small minority that had their watches overwound since I didn’t have those watches/movements.After using this product for half a year, this watch winder will overwind your Swiss eta movements or in-house Rolex movements. My 2020 COSC Rolex gained about 5 minutes over a period of 3 days (turned it off after that, can’t be good for the watch). My Zeppelin with an eta-2426 gained 20 minutes over a period of a week. Motors sounded okay, definitely not silent but wasn’t loud.I keep it unplugged now, but 3 stars because it looks nice and didn’t end up in the trash/paperweight.This Chiyoda watch winder continues to work well after nine months. Unlike some brands we read about, this winder is pretty quiet in our bedroom at night. It is not noiseless, but almost so. It is very quiet and does not disturb our sleep at all. I like the controls and quality seems pretty good as well. I did find the magnetic door latch wants to give up and the little door May open part way, yet Imbelieve I may be able to adjust that screw fitting. No big deal, there. My boyfriend loves this watch winder! It’s so classy and simple looking. It’s actually quite quiet and the touch part on top is so cool. You could only hear a slight humming if it’s dead quiet. Still not bad at al.You could control the direction and amount of turns per day. I didn’t know this but please note that it doesn’t continuously turn. It’s computerized to turn every few times a day and not continuously. This birthday surprise turned out so amazing. This actually made the pandemic birthday not so bad.It comes with an 18 months warranty which is really nice to know. I love the finish, it’s clean and sleek.Good product for the money - not as 'silent' as marketed but not loud enough to wake me up ... you have to be specifically listening to hear it. Good winder.I purchased this to replace a cheap winder that never seemed to keep the watches wound sufficiently. The dual winder offers separate winding intervals for each watch. The case has a glossy finish and the clear access door allows for easy viewing of the watches. It is extremely quiet (whereas my old winder made fairly loud sounds as it cycled). My watches are keeping time consistently now. I do need to do some additional research to verify what the frequency needs to be for my specific watches. But, I have numerous options with this winder to adjust accordingly.
