This is more for raving teenagers in dark rooms.With only four buttons I have no idea why it's so hard to program this watch. I even read the damn directions. Returning.Simple and sharp looking.Great looking and feeling watch however you can’t see the numbers they are very dull. Also the light is not bright at all .
