This winder looks incredible and makes no noise that I can hear. The settings are convenient and everything works as it should. The customer service is great as well. I had a small issue and every time they messaged me back immediately (when factoring in that they're on the other side of the world). 10/10What I liked was the box itself and my son seemed to be impressed with it as well I assume it is doing its job as I have heard no complaintsThis winder does a great job keeping my automatic watches wound. The unit is about 7.5" tall, 7" wide, and 7" deep. In real life the winder is much larger than I assumed it was from the pictures. The finish is very nice and looks perfect.The winder is very quiet and you have to be less than a foot away to hear any noise at all. Even though, it is not loud at all.One suggestion I make it two always put two watches in the winder when it's being used - even if one of the watches is not an automatic. With just one watch, you can see the tray move faster when the watch is going "downhill" and slower when it's going "uphill". That probably puts more strain on the motor and gears and I'm guessing would have a negative impact on the durability of the unit. With two watches the rotating tray is more evenly balanced and should last longer. I put a solar watch in the other slot - it doesn't have to be an automatic, just enough weight to balance it out.Unit ran for a few hours, then dumped a bunch of oily substance out the bottom (see photo). It permanently stained my quartz counter (supposed to be bomb proof). Glad I tested it on a kitchen counter and not in the watch safe where it would have done real damage. Avoid.Very good looking, good quality product, not very loud but not completely silent either. Just keep in mind for heavier, bulgier watches you may want to keep them completely tight fitted on the wheel to prevent tilting. Works wonderful with my hamilton watch collection and I keep the heavier watches in their original case because if they are power hungry it's not worth keeping them constantly winded. Some will even say they shouldn't be on a winder but I personally like to keep my smaller profile watches winded. I've had it for a few months now and my watches love it.Because I spend a lot of time on a computer every day my self winding watch wouldn't self wind. My wife only wears her self winding watch on rare occasions so it would run down constantly.This self winder does a great job keeping the watches ready to go. No fuss, just pull out a watch that's ready to go whenever you need it.Construction and materials are good.Very happy with it.I was a bit skeptical in ordering this, as my very old winder comes from Wolf Design and it's 5 times the price.When it arrived I immediately thought it's expensive/elegant looking, and has held up so far. The piano black sits very nicely in my closet, and doesn't look out of place. I can switch to battery so it's not tied to a plug/outlet. I have a tiny wrist so the fact that I can adjust the watch pillow is everything, no more squishing my watch onto an oversized pillow. The motor is so very quiet and barely noticeable. Very impressed so far and no regrets with this.Product works as described. It is very quiet. I installed in my bedroom and I can barely hear it when the room is quiet and I listen for it. If your hearing is sensitive to high frequency, low intensity noises you may want to install it elsewhere. The case is durable and attractive and has a 3 mode selector plus an on and off switch on the back. My watch has a little issue but I believe that is an issue with the watch not the winder. I am still experimenting with the best use of the product.
