I liked the watch winder for the most part. However, I did return it. I returned it because the center winder would catch a little during rotation. Also, if you are buying this for watches that fit smaller wrists, you’ll only be able to use one of the retractable pillows Essentially making this a one watch winder. I would have kept the watch winder, despite the fact one was sticking, if all three of my watches would have fit the pillows. I called to inquire about buying two more small pillows, but was told they were not available. I was disappointed to have to make the decision to return the winder. It is very quiet and It’s a very handsome piece. It looks really nice with the blue LED light on.This is a beautiful and well made piece. Only wish the light was motion sensor vs just an on and off button.Very Good quality, very well finishedFantastic winder! Will definitely buy another as the collection grows. Not only was the product better than advertised, the customer service was fantastic answering questions I had. Definitely 5 stars!10/10 on this item.
