I've had both a good and bad experience. The bad is the left side of the spinners quit working. I was very frustrated with this since I purchased it only a few months prior. So I reached out in Amazon and they put me in touch with the company. They responded very quickly, and when I explained the situation they sent me a replacement within a few days. I'm worried that the new one will meet the same fate, but the experience in working with the company means I would buy from them again. So I do recommend this product, but is subject to change if the new Watch Winder quits working, but as of now I am very happy!I purchased this watch-winder as a Christmas present for my husband. When I first opened the box I was impressed but disappointed after all. The mechanism is quite and I like that you can switch modes and roll watches separately. There is no questions to mechanism yet, but to the box itself. First of all my husband told me that the first soft pillow got cracked in the very first week of using, maybe because my husband watch are quite heavy, but still disappointing. The main issue for me in this winder is dust. The front glass is low quality (kinda like plastic) and extremely hard to keep clean. I have to polish it with glass cleaners or just dry tissues literally everyday. I think that’s hilarious and makes the product much less presentable.i had an issue with my box, once i contacted the seller, they immediately and apologically replaced the box at NO cost or hassle to me. love the product for the value. an absolute buyThis was a great watch winder. Only had two watches that needed winding, so having the option to control two at a time was great.... But now, nine months later, the side holding the watches will no longer move. The other side is working fine, but having added another watch that needs winding to my collection, this is now useless... It's also now "outside my window" to receive customer support....This product is of high quality and functions flawlessly.Very quiet. Returned 2 boxes claiming to hold large watches. My watches range from 40mm to 52mm and very heavy.. all fit great and doesn't seem to bog down the motors.once filled I will definitely be getting another.
