This can cause the excess under-strap to poke out from behind the external watch band.The black and red color pattern is visually pleasing, though as others have mentioned it may be worth being aware that the watch is a bit difficult to read at some angles in low light. Upon reaching out to the seller, they suggested removing the small plastic piece from stem and making sure it was pushed all the way in, which is obvious when you buy a battery operated watch. I was hoping to exchange it for one that works, but ended up returning it, as it was for a gift, and I can't take the chance of receiving another one that is not working. Very disappointed.This is a beautiful watch. Too bad it didn't work. And because of the shipping details, I had to drive 20 minutes to the next Purolator to return it. Once I get an actual watch that works, i'll think about upping the star rating.The watch came without working. I reordered a second one, but it also did not work.The product seems very untrustworthy.The container holding the watch, the instructions, and the watch itself looked very nice, but I ultimately had to return them.Bought this for my husband for our anniversary, and it far exceeded my expectations. Would highly recommend this watch if you are looking for a nice, durable time piece without spending a lot of money.I just needed a watch for work but this one is too good for that. Also, it came with a nice package and tools.
